Re: $5,000 Cash given to the first person that calls and emails me for this tutor in GMAT!!!

Hi,

I need someone to come tutor me in the Lakeland, FL area for the GMAT. I am really struggling to get into Stanford’s MBA prestigious program. I need someone who has already scored a 650+ /800 on the GMAT. I will pay him $50 a hour for the tutoring with me. I want this tutor to have taken the GMAT within the last two (2) years and have some teaching experience (at least two (2) years) with the GMAT. If you know of any such person that also has this capability to travel to Lakeland, FL to tutor me, then I would be more happy enough to pay for the flight as well and the hotel reservation. In addition, I promise I will pay up to $50 a hour for the tutoring. (Lawyers make only about $35 a hour, compared to this.) I require the tutor (you/yourself) to tutor me for at least three (3) weeks before I actually take the real GMAT after the tutor. I need at least 100 hours of pure GMAT tutoring.

I'm a member on Magic4you.nu as well as here and over there, he is a constant pain in the rear too. I actually called him today and talked to him for awhile. The following are some things that I got from him:

(Mind you, these are what he claims)

~He is not a co-owner of starcitygames.com anymore

~He is a co-owner of mtgfanatic.com, even though I told him the owners name there and he didn't know him

~He has over 30 names on many sites ready to spam it up some.

~He claims to be a former police officer.

~He claims to have a friend in the FBI, hence why he feels that nothing will happen to him

(What I know is fact)

~He is also very rude so please don't call as he will call you back numerous times and belittle you (trust me, I know)

~He is trying to sell his cards for $1250 but upon talking with him, he says that to lead you in and then he says that he is selling for $60,000; not the $1250.

~He is very aggressive in trying to get your addy so he can send you 10 free dual lands.

~He is also very aggressive in trying to get you to tell your friends and family about his offers

In short, unless you are ready to take alot of junk from him, DO NOT CALL HIS NUMBER!!! My wife was so pissed at me for doing it but I had to get more info on this scum.

I've also been in contact with mtgfanatic.com and he is fully aware of this situation. He also has emailed this Danny guy and I advised him to call and try and scare him out of what he is doing. Mtgfanatic.com has asked me to let you all know that if anyone has anymore info on this guy to let me know thru PM so I can pass it on.

I just left a message with the Tampa division of the FBI and they will be contacting me today.

EDIT: I just got off the phone with the Tampa division of the FBI and I've sent them an email with any information I already had. If anyone has anything else that find out about this guy, please PM me so I can email them with the updates. Even if it is a minor detail, it still may be pertinent to this case. As of right now, they are investigating this matter and I've asked to them to hopefully email me with any update.

Sweet Figure you want to hear a little story about him, kinda fun/interesting stuff lol. My brother called the guy and pretended he wanted to buy the Power nine. The FL guy was all freaked (I think starcity freaked him out before we called him) He was like huh how did you hear about me? My brother told him he found out about the P9 through a forumn and the guy was like what forumn? When my brother pretended he didn't know which one cause he was just cruising the web the guy hung up the phone lol. He called my brother back like 5 min later and started telling him about the collection. My brother told him he checked out Mtgfanatic.com (our site) and said it looked like he would be ligit to deal with. And when the guy started blabbering on about how he was co owner of the site that is when my brother was liek huh thats weird. Cause I'm owner and I dont remember selling you a part of it lmao. He told my bro that he talked to someone else on the phone and one of our employees gave him the o.k. for something.... My brother responded by saying thats weird too... cause we dont have employees, and the stupid FL guy kept trying to convince us otherwise LMAO. Then he hung up, I think we spooked him especially after my bro told him we would not stop till he was in jail hehe. Anyways, My brother called the police today I think, he tried to get in contact with the same people starcitygames talked to. I'll keep you informed on how it goes if we send him to jail or not

ANOTHER UPDATE: I got another email from mtgfanatic.com

I just contacted the Internet Crime Comittee (http://www.ic3.gov). They are a part of the FBI and they deal with fraud such as this. I have also contacted the Lakelend police department and Paypal.com. Hopefully this matter can be resolved quickly. Thanks for taking action in this. Hopefully somehere along the lines the same invenstigator will hear the same thing from multiple people. I called him today and inquired about him being the Visce President of mtgfanatic.com. He acknowledged that he was. I then told him that I was the owner. He was like... "You are?", haha. It was kind of funny. Anyway, thanks for the help, and let me know if you get any more information.
