Full disclosure -- before he starts in on how I'm stupid and go to a TTT, it's true and I'll freely admit to it. I go to a no-name state school where the state university isn't all that highly ranked. I didn't get into my top three colleges (Cornell, Caltech, Carnegie Mellon) and I don't have a fluffed -up, padded resume with a lot of bullshit extracurriculars. Don't have much going for me other than that I'm conventionally attractive and I don't have an asshole personality. And a good looking boyfriend.
However, I'm comfortable with myself and don't need other people to validate how "elite" I am. (Though, even elites need help with their biology homework too. English, too.) |
