How Hard is it to Transfer from Community College to Top Schools

You want to chose one that accepts a large number of transfers every year. Cornell and Northwestern are great examples for the Tier 1. In some cases, top schools are more likely to take a CC transfer than one from another top school, usually because the CC person isn't a prestige whore and can actually demonstrate a genuine desire to attend a specific school for a specific reason.
