that's like what a Philosopher-Engineer maeks when he isn't even trying. though I always suspected that guys like ARE Reptile with 2.8millionK 401K balances and 500000k per annum salaries are perhaps stretching the truth a bit.

Why do so many mention are reptile as a quintessential powerwagecuck when there are so many pumos who are like “7 figures, champ.” Granted, Zurich is a Partner and is poor but he’s Gen X.

I absolutely hate this person. He obviously did not maek it in the law because he is a fucking LOSER.

Dude makes a video that is full of cliches. Civil Procedure was "boring." No it's not you fucking dolt. It's 300x more interesting than shit like "ConLaw."

i suspect he failed at law because, judging from this video, he would do shit like submitting a 150-page motion to dismiss that just repeated his thesis statement over and over with *slightly* different wording.

Nothing in the video struck me as genuine. He strikes me as a grifter, and little else.

His LinkedIn says it took him 6 years to graduate undergrad from BYU. Maybe he did a couple years as a Mormon missionary? Who knows. Anyways, he leaves Emory off of his resume and his LinkedIn claims that he only attended UC. So his claim to fame is that he studied and did well at Emory over 2 semesters of 1L.

He never actually worked at Skadden. He says he did a 4 months summer associate gig (they are like 12-13 weeks long max). He says he was at Vinson Elkins as a "Real Estate/M&A" attorney, so he wasn't even working on major M&A projects, and it says his employment lasted from October 2015 to June 2016. So he was likely fired after 6 months. He claims that all of this time he realized that he hated the law and was looking for other sources of employment, which could explain why he got fired, but it really doesn't matter.

The guy went to law school, did a summer associate gig, apparently passed the Texas Bar Exam, and did about 6 months of junior work in a big law firm. The story about "going to the printer" appears to be completely made up because while this was a hallmark of this kind of work for a very long time, by 2016 that was not really happening that way anymore.

Everything about him just screams--"I'm a grifter! I made all this shit up! I'm trying to make YouTube videos by cribbing off of other peoples' anecdotes!"
