Want things their way, whine and complain if they don't get it, take it as a personal offense, etc. Terrible customers.
Rich people may seem to have higher standards, but they're more realistic about how the world works. If someone is rich, he usually had to struggle and make terrible sacrifices to get there. Even if he inherited the money, someone in his family had to struggle for it, and memories and family stories of those struggles are still very much around.
Proves and middles take what they can get obviously.
