I'm wondering what I should do to prep. Anticipated I'd do general litigation or employment/labor law if not that. corps was personally over my head - got B- with B+ curve. Not my thing but that's all my firm does. Mainly got this job because of "fit" and my other grades are good/litigation experience. Advice on how to fare on job also appreciated. Will check thread later (after essay) to respond - essentially I don't know what to review before starting my job, want to be as prepared as possible. I've taken tax and corps, that's it. edit: I'm going to be working at a small firm though, I suspect it will be more hands-on stuff & responsibility than that. My friend who worked in-house somewhere in 2L said that he had to edit contracts, figure out if it was drafted properly, so I thought maybe that's what you meant. |
