Do you give secretary annual cash bonus?

Date: June 11th, 2013 12:38 PM Author: rusted base ratface It really should depend on your level of seniority and how often you use the secretary/her performance. But whoever is saying $100 per class year is full of shit - you won't find any associate giving their secretary $500+ bonuses.
I've also given individual gifts to paralegals, and our firm also organizes bonuses for support staff and all the associates are supposed to contribute something like $20-$50 to that pot. |
