Did you know that there's an implied warranty of title in a UCC Art. 2? I did, at some point, but not when I just saw it on an essay and instead spent 20 minutes talking about contracts void for illegality (goods sold were stolen goods).
I'm just going to re-re-re-review everything over the next 2 days and knock out a couple of essays and some NYMCs on Monday. I think my bottle of Auchentoshen is going to have to be lonely until Thursday night. |
