cutting off contact with all family and friends - i didn't cut off contact with my parents. they kept me sane. i agree contact should be limited to a group of people that can take you acting like a psycho for the next few days. if there is no one in your life like that, then cut off all contact |

Cutting off contact is vital-even if you like people, they will annoy the fuck out of you. |
