Anyone break a 150 on the simulated MBE?

That one property question with the boundaries/directions was really odd. I didn't stick around for today's and yesterday's explanation class to get to the 1/4 I got wrong. How do yuo do that property question? I think it's #185. |

Like, the first one says proceed south 45 degrees east 200 feet. That would be 45 degrees east of south, or southeast, so draw a line about 2 in long to the southeast.
