2 have been continued from the previous trial calendar and the judge has stated that there will be no more continuances granted.
1 is a new one from this month's trial calendar.
1 of them involves a blood test.
1 of them is a refusal, but he crashed into someone and witnesses said they could smell the alcohol coming from his car.
1 of them is a blow (.12), but two citizens called 911 and reported him as a Drunk Driver before the police pulled him over.
My question is: Why is PrivateBro fucking around and not pleading these cases out already? The deal I offered him ain't gonna change and the DUI's aren't going to be reduced. |

Judges in my jurisdiction never give serious jail time (more than 10 days or so) for first-time DUI's, unless you're talking like .15+.
