In taking mine, they seemed to indicate they're not asking anybody for a statement. They also said they won't send out an announcement requiring statements.
Right now, they haven't indicated that they will take any action that involves movement outside of their own offices |

It is a TTT way to cheat, but, relatively safe. This test had 3 essay questions. One was a commerce clause, one was takings, and one was a detail oriented substantive due process (needed to know all 6 opinions of griswold) If you didn't know who said what in griswold, a 5 minute look over the notes would be invaluable. |
