Let's say a person takes out $100,000 in loans.
Under an income-based repayment plan, they pay $50,000 before the rest is forgiven.
Something like half should be clawed back (with interest) from the college for not producing a productive graduate and/or overcharging for the education.
That would encourage colleges to not overcharge and to also churn out people who make a decent living.
