this asshole told me he benched 315 (3 plates) and then when we got to the m'fing gym, his range of motion is down to a ninety-degree angle (elbow)
wtf?
he told me that's proper form. i get why the rotator cuffs/shoulders might get hurt if you go past 90, but wtf?
Sure, he doesn't bounce the weight off his chest like some other idiots do, but aint you sposed to go all the motherfucking way down before you start talking about 315?
he did this 90 degree elbow rom bench 315x3 times. i guess his orm is 350 or thereabouts

that faggot can bench however he wants. Two things:
1) telling you stopping at 90 degrees is correct form is complete bullshit. In all likelihood that is harder on the joints than a complete range of motion.
2) If he brags about his bench, he is a huge fucking tool.
Does he look like he benches 315x3? That should tell you whether it is "legit" or not. (Hint: high benching is really gay).
