I work on contingency so it will be a few more months before my first cases start possibly producing money so we'll see then but so far this shit has gone like 100 times better than I expected.
I haven't gotten a 100% grandslam case but have 4-5 now that I really believe are above average at the very least and then a few shit ones that still probably will pay at least something in the end. |

and you REALLY should assert one if your client has other creditors, or else they'll be able to satisfy their debts before you do. you really should look at your state's statute. a lot of them let attorneys get paid before a prior perfected security interest. |
