go low carb (less than 100 grams a day), no refined sugar, eat ~200 grams of varied protein a day (get at least 65% from food, don't just pound whey shakes), and get your calories up by eating a shitload of nuts, olive oil, and any other healthy fat. just take a couple of tablespoons of olive oil with meals if you want. i swear to god you can put on lean mass quickly with this diet if you're lifting hard, and you'll usually see some fat loss. don't even need cardio
