something doesn't sound right. 90db is at least 185 on your back. and really more like 205.
check your elbows. Are you flaring them on one and not the other?
it's a form issue it sounds like on the bench.

yikes, not sure. Keep developing those stabilizers though, bro. DB bench is great, but you should also do some pushup variations (tricep pushups, incline pushups, clappers, alternating med ball pushups). I don't ever max with DB bench because I've never seen the utility in it, but I comfortably do four sets of 10 with 70 in each hand. My max bench is 250, probably a little less these days. keep at it though, bro. Also, don't give a shit about what people might think of you at the gym. Most cool bros don't hate on people starting out, and anyone who snickers at someone for "being weak" is a scumbag whose opinion doesn't matter anyway.
