Because he "profiled" Trayvon as a criminal and disregarded dispatch "orders" (never mind we have no evidence he disregarded) he provoked Trayvon and Trayvon was justified in assaulting him.
Just lol shitlibs.
*Wants to create a world where conscientious neighbors open themselves up to violent assault with no recourse to self defense simply by watching suspicious people and reporting to police*

from the affidavit: "When the police dispatcher realized Zimmerman was pursuing Martin, he instructed Zimmerman not to do that and that the responding officer would meet him."
That word "instructed" is just a lie.
“Okay, we don't need you to do that,” is what the dispatcher actually said.
Even if the dispatcher had used the word "instructed," which he didn't, as a matter of law the dispatcher has no power to instruct anyone.
The judge should strike the affidavit as being false.

The undisputed facts of the case are that a young black man was walking down the street unarmed, and that an older white man shot him point blank in the chest with a concealed 9mm pistol.
Please explain why, retardishitcans, you've come to the conclusion that no murder investigation is appropriate. tyvmia.

Investigation was appropriate. Originally cops and DA, after looking a Zim, talking to him, and speaking to witnesses, concluded that under Florida law there was bot probable cause for an arrest.
This was politically unpopular, so the governor appointed a special prosecutor to get the results that would placate the angry mob.
It's clear from the affidavit they have nothing good on Zim, and a good judge would throw this case out.

You posted articles from sources which show the "victim" as a 12 year old and you are telling me about credible sources?
Also, an expert selling his own tool has a big motivation for going on national news by making a big claim in order to profit.
Finally, read the article.

Kind of funny that if you were not such a fucking moron you would know that they did not have Tray's voice so the >50% match claim was made in the vaccuum. If Zimmerman was in the sealed room alone with just a mic and he screamed these so-called experts would say that the "chance it was his scream is under 50%". The point is, even if his matching softwar was actually legitimate (it aint), the "%" needs to be put in the context of the situation. With only two possible people, you NEED to have the second in order to make any assesment. What happens if they plugged Tray's voice in and found that his was only a 5% match (in comparison to Zim's 48% or w.e)? Anyone with half a brain would realize than that the odds Zim screamed are VERY high, even if the match was "only" 48%.
Your type of stupidity pains me.
