link? I just googled this and although things like nutrition & fitness changes can certainly help, i don't think it will cure depression. I used to work out 5-7x/week in UG/LS, have 2 probiotic yogurt cups/day, drink lots of water, had a healthy diet with protein, fiber, etc. And was still depressed. It's a variable but not a really important one. I think whether you have really fulfilling relationships with your friends/family/community matters most but if u have a permanent 'melancholic' personality (I've always been a bit reserved since i was a kid..) nothing will really change that. Maybe u just have to accept it after a certain point. |

My bodyfat, as measured by bodpod, was about 13.7% at its lowest.
There was also a thread a month or two ago in which carl spackler and other fitness-buff posters eyeballed my bodyfat at about 17-18%.
