A lot of stores specialize in selling a special "de-stress" elixir. Usually comes in a bottle. Different flavors, different colors. If you don't want to buy it in bulk you can buy individual glasses of it and pay for it by the glass at special apothecary dens found in most major cities and at all major airports.

just don't get stressed. I stopped getting stressed in my second year when I came to the realization that the worst they could do is fire me....and in all likelihood they weren't going to do that. And now 7 years later I am still here, and while I get angry at my hours sometime and sad when I have to work all weekend or night, I never get stressed.

At some point, you just stop caring and you don't work so hard. Whatever happens after that happens.

Lots of alcohol

Yell at my significant other for random minor shit

Getting away (vacation, bar, bedroom) to just read for pleasure

The best way, and the least used, is to get your work done.

i agree with the not caring part. i'm a third year and have mostly stopped caring. once you hit a point in your career that you could easily get another job if they fire you, it's much less stressful.

Yeah, it's amazing how I'm like, "Eh, I can find work if I needed to." But when I was a first year I was terrified.

And both reactions were completely credited.

cr. tbf, the economy when we were first years was especially brutal. it might be easier to stop giving a fuck earlier now.
