Owning a restaurant is way more of a pain in the ass as far as daily bullshit and thin margins but bars have far more potential to ruin you because of drunk driving deaths, fights, theft, etc.
If you don't have experience working in a bar or restaurant you will not survive unless you're very lucky. |
