If he was TRULY invested in his firm and the development of associates he wouldn't need to advertise on Craigslist.
Chances are he knows of at least FIVE recent grads in his jurisdiction that are desperate for a job. Or he could ask a lawyer w/in the local bar, "Hey, are you aware of anybody looking for a job?"
But no, he posts this ad to a bunch of strangers?
Why?
Because he's an asshole to work for and people around him already know that. Or, he's gonna lowball the shit out of an associate and he doesn't want the shame to spread of how he's dicking over his new hires. |
