seems right. although the real thing is out of 190 right? 10 experimental questions i think. anyway i vaguely remember someone at barbri saying that there are diminishing returns past a 160some scaled MBE.

how are you studying for the MBE? just read the outline then dive in for questions and learn from getting wrong?

I got a 124 and feel kind of fucked. I haven't started studying seriously yet, though.

when u gonna get fired up brah?

btw don't worry about your 124 -- that puts you right in the middle of the pack with the themis bros doesn't it? and most of them are gonna pass!

I had a 70/54 split though, wtf? Do they break down the subjects anywhere, because I can't find it, and I'm pretty sure I probably got 2/33 on property because I don't fucking understand notice statutes and mortgages and that type of shit

I had a fairly big split too, 75/64, I think maybe the second part was just legit harder. Certainly felt so.

I haven't seen a subject-specific breakdown yet, atm I'm chugging through the print-out of the wrong answers and making a mini-outline of the shit i got wrong.

BTW bro property was fucking awful for me too starting out but, I also signed up for Kaplan QBank and went in there and just crushed every property question they had, like doing every question within a specific Property sub-topic they had (for me, doing lots of questions on the same sub-topic helped me build up the right intuitions more than just doing a bunch of Property questions generally).
