Bar Essay Question

Bar review class told us to do it. None of the essays on baressays.com do it, even the high scoring ones (although they're all essays from people who fail, so...).
whats the general consensus? |

Part of what you're trying to do is not alert the bored, tired bar grader that you're somehow dumber than the last guy. Make yourself easy to follow, hit the blackletter as much as you can, but don't go apeshit with structuring and mechanically repeating whatever structure the course suggested. There are retards who will follow the course advice to a T and still write shit essays that read like legal madlibs. You probably know how to clearly and concisely express yourself after three years of law school, so just do that and don't worry about the bar course.
