However the left has ceded so much on that already that it would be a waste of political capital to be a Reaganaut in the 2010s.
Instead Trump is bolstering the weak cultural front of the right. Business establishment doesn't appreciate how crony capitalism will morph into socialism without the need for labor actions, revolution, etc. The culture must be contested. |
