The UN is a total crap shoot, there isn't one school that feeds. I think seton hall likes to tout its connections with the UN, but since seton hall is a second tier program so I doubt it is a legit connection.

Mainly based on prox. I would go with SIPA. But, more importantly, I would expand your life goals.

there are schools that are "more respected" by their human resources department, but beyond a grad degree in something related to what they do (or a significant amount of relevant experience), the most important thing you can do for a permanent position at the UN is pass the competitive examination, which comes up only occasionally for each member state. studying for this and passing it is the best thing you can do. in the short-medium term, you could apply to one of the missions. having a relevant grad degree (from one of the "top" US/international universities and/or a significant amount of relevant experience (military experience included) will help you get a temporary post in a peacekeeping mission. this will serve two functions, one, it will get your foot in the door and make you a somewhat more "known" quantity when you are inteviewed after you (hopefully) pass the competitive exam, and two, it will get you working within the UN system in much shorter time than if you go for the permanent route first.
