Georgetown (MSFS/MPP), American (JD/MAIA), JH, GWU, Denver, Syracuse (MPA/MIA), SIPA, and UW Madison (alma mater)... I think I went a bit overboard, but I like to have options.

The Robert M. Lafollette School of Public Affairs. Its a tiny program, 50 students but I did my undergrad there. Very cheap and pretty easy to get funding... quality faculty and lots of resources. We'll see. If I get no funding anywhere else I'll probably end up there.
