will be lucky if i get 40% on that, and i studied a lot. over half of the questions were about stuff not mentioned in the barbri lectures at all

Total flame. They are impossible. No one else who took BarBri knows them either. My only rationalization is that they're there to give a few points to people who went to NY State TTT's that teach year long NY procedure classes (i.e. Albany Law, etc.) No sense in even studying for them.

Barbri NY MC is flame, I think. The real questions didn't even approach that level of "difficulty," if that's what you call it.
Don't bother studying for it. It's worth very little, and you really aren't going to learn anything useful from the barbri NY MC.
