wash face with black soap. NOT over-the-counter face wash w/ salicylic acid/benzoyl peroxide etc since that shit makes me look greasy/breakout gnc multi-vitamin 3000mg fish oil 1500mg vitamin c i ONLY drink water (NO soft-drinks or anything else whatsoever except alcohol maybe one or two nights a week) very limited fast food consumption (i'm pretty sure eating a lot of fast food was a cause of my shitskin in the past) |
