I saved over 300k in about five years BIGLAW and it has been a nice security net.

I know other ppl though who have saved very little.

Yeah I agree but if you get married, you wife spends your money. You get addicted to a stripper named Luscious. You buy a house and put a big downpayment down and then the real estate market tanks. You pay down your student loan debt that is massive cause you were living like a King in LS and were too stupid to properly consolidate. You go out to eat 2-4 times a week.

I mean I'm sure there are BIGLAW associates whose only savings are in 401k.

it is sad, when i graduated LS costs 30k a year, now it is 50k but salaries are the same and there are like 40% fewer jobs. Just LOL
