Wow, I never thought of that!
Hmmm....I would advise calling the student-loan people directly and asking them about it. Teacher's make less than 40k a year, and if you mom makes less than that--she won't have to probably make ANY loan payments.

Sorry I didn't reply yesterday.
Tried calling yesterday but was put on hold, didn't get through--hung up after two minutes.
Anyone else with some insight?
