edit: I'm going to be working at a small firm though, I suspect it will be more hands-on stuff & responsibility than that. My friend who worked in-house somewhere in 2L said that he had to edit contracts, figure out if it was drafted properly, so I thought maybe that's what you meant. |

1. A worker is not a drone who is supposed to be editing documents he doesn't understand or isn't informed about. In mature companies, workers are treated with the respect of knowing what they are editing.
2. Your communcation to XOXO posters also rings of secret knowledge because you seem to think making flamey or indirect remarks won't be noticed by mature adults. Which suggests you don't want to treat other posters as mature adults. |
