why are you going to law school? can you read?
if you do go (and you absolutely should NOT), do not read anything law-related. the law is only what your professor says it is which may or may not have any basis in what you are reading as a 0L. |

week 1: go to criminal court, sit in on preliminary hearings, motions, and a couple jury trials for a few hours
week 2: sit in on a civil trial - ideally a med mal, but a big auto accident if no med mal available, must be jury trial
week 2-4: read chemerinsky's constitutional law
week 5: e&e (example and explanations) evidence
week 6: read 4 civil procedure outlines of your choice http://www.vanderbilt.edu/vba/outline_bank/outlines (easy week, recharge)
week 7: LEEWS
week 8: Glannons Q&A for civ pro, avoid anything to do with the Erie Doctrine
week 9: attend trials at Federal Court, read FRE's during lunch / downtime

2) spend the summer developing an app. it doesn't need to be successful, but it'd be a fun project and you could do it in a couple months. |

buy some law in a flash flash cards memorize them
this advice will get mocked, if your going, you might as well do well, you'll learn it infinately better if you've already be exposed to it some and these aren't new ideas to you
