I'm going to the gym for the first time in maybe a week (?) today or tmrw. Have been eating shit all week. Have a feeling I gained some weight, not sure how much u can really gain in a week.

Usually lose weight due to adderall and not being able to eat enough to maintain. Unfortunately a lot of the weight I lose is muscle. Try to remind myself to eat a snack every 3 hours while I study and still lift 3x a week.

Between the adderall/energy drinks/nicotine though, definitely an unhealthy lifestyle this time of year.
