Date: May 3rd, 2012 9:10 AM Inner layer absorbs and SPREADS OUT the sweat so it doesn't pool in one area and seep through shirt. I live in Texas and have nearly my entire life. Here's my experience here: no undershirt: February through October - pit stains, back stains undershirt: February through October - solid 10s givin me beej with no pit stains or back stains (as a side note, you don't have to wash your expensive outer shirts every time if you wear undershirts and it's cold enough that you're not sweating) |

The only people who can get away with no undershirt are women, Asians/Filipinos, or other non-testosterone havers. |

1. Always buy grey undershirts. They do not show through dress shirts as much as white.
2. V-neck wwhen not wearing a tie
3. Crew when wearing a tie.
4. If you do NOT sweat, or if you toss out shirts after ~ one year skip the undershirt all together. |
