dating hot parisan girl, need advice asap

she then went to paris for three weeks, but we've been texting on whatsapp every other day or so. she's been sending me cute pics of herself, writing very sweet texts (calling me "love," "baby", “sexy” and saying "can't wait to see you darling xx”). she even sent one text saying “here's a pic just so you don't forget about me.”
now here is the problem: we didn't text for about four days and she just returned to nyc yesterday night. i wrote to her last night saying, "hey pretty girl, did you make it back to nyc safe and sound?" she responded this morning saying, "hey mister, made it back in one piece, a bit tired but quite happy to be here." She then goes on to say that she has to fill out a lot of paper work for her internship and needs to unpack her things. she ends by saying "how are you"?
now, maybe i'm being paranoid, her response came off as a bit cold, and it doens't help that we hadn't texted for 4 days before. she didn't call me "sexy" or "love," etc as she always does. is she hinting that she's busy?(aka f off? every other text has been awesome and our date was amazing. how do i respond? should I take a hint or am i reading too much into it?
for the record, she is devastatingly beautiful, tall, comes from a good family, dresses well, and is very smart. this is not a flame.

Stop letting your mind fuck with you. She remains completely interested. You might need to take the reins a bit. Don't simply ask her if she wants to do something. Plan a night, and ask her if she wants to partake with you. Keep it simple, and just keep doing exactly what you're doing.
I suffer from friend zone paranoia -- the second a girl's language could even suggest that I'm not longer a sex object but moving toward the friend zone, I freak out. The freak out has never been warranted.
Just be cool and trudge forward. |
