If an individual is subject to a ULP, is his/her union the only one that can bring the action?

It seems like from what I remember a long time ago, the union is the one that brings actions for violations of the NLRA. But if the union passes, the individual can still pursue the claim. Anyone know the answer?

If your not satisfied with your union, person can do it themselves. Only no one ever does bc most people are too stupid to know their rights.

Anyone can file a ulp. In fact, the plaintiffs bar has, in recent years, been doing so on behalf of nonunionized employees.
