Except you will actually bring your case in some local pos court, they will likely rule in your favor and you will be out whatever the filling fee is, without much to show for it.

but only after you have to show up to community court to get arraigned on one court date, then have to come back for the trial on a later date, which will probably take at least a couple of court dates, then get convicted by the community judge, then you'll have to appeal, and appeal again, all while paying court fees and sitting in court.
