also, no need to put the school you xferred from unless you think it helps you to have it there. it's just not necessary. and it's not misleading if you omit it.

also, i'm not sure i like 'leadership experience' and 'work experience.' it makes it sound like your non-mil jobs are inferior. maybe put mil experience and civilian experience. that sounds kinda technical tho. think of something.
