6-23 sprinted/jogged/walked 3 miles. ran @ 9.0, 9.5, 10.0, and 10.5 for 1:15 a piece. walked/light jogged the rest. burned 300 calories --- since 6-20, ive lost ~3.8 lbs

one q: he talks about the side effects, which are obvious (increased hr, bp, blah blah blah) but doesn't specifically say that these are short term... they are, right? when u stop doing the stack u'll go back to normal? i have really low bp so that's not a concern, but my rhr is high as fuck (around 100) so my heart prob can't afford long-term stress

also, he's saying to start with 10mg E/100mg C 1x/day and move up to 20/200 (which he says is the standard dose) 1x/day and then gradually add more doses per day. that seems a little TOO cautious, so i think i'll start with 10/100 2x then move on to 20/200 2x then go on to the 3 doses/day. but you're crazy; you're doing FOUR times what he recommends (ephedrine-wise)

to maximize what you want to accomplish i would do the following:

1. aim for 2lbs of weight loss per week

2. cut your carbs and eat mostly protein with some fats. this will have the effect of being muscle sparing and will also flush excess water wight

3. lift heavy. this will be muscle sparing

4. do 30-60 mins of cardio every day

5. tan and shave excess body hair. you'll look leaner

I went from 210 to 185, then back to 200 (virtually all muscle) between 10/31/2010 and 12/15/2010 doing lean, low carb @ 1800-2100 calories/day 6 days/wk and heavy resistance + HIIT, doing ~ 180 g protein and meals timed to 1 hour before and after lifts. From there I have gone slow carb + test diet + resistance training from 4 Hour Body and am JACKED at 205 lbs. Before I blew out my shoulder skiing, I was at ~ 1050 lbs bench/dead/squat.

I told all my law classmates that the transformation was 12 x 12 squats @ 75% max. A few got hurt trying this.

EDIT: I don't know what to tell you man. This transformation disturbed most people I knew. I was accused of taking roids or being anorexic at different stages of it, which in hindsight was more of just a fast-fast-binge pace down to 180s, then binge-binge-fast up 10-15ish lbs with HIIT and heavy resistance placed appropriately around workouts. If you've read Tim Ferriss' stuff, I followed this almost to a T. If you offer a throwaway email, I can can find some before and afters.

I went from 210 to 185, then back to 200 (virtually all muscle) between 10/31/2010 and 12/15/2010 doing lean, low carb @ 1800-2100 calories/day 6 days/wk and heavy resistance + HIIT, doing ~ 180 g protein and meals timed to 1 hour before and after lifts. From there I have gone slow carb + test diet + resistance training from 4 Hour Body and am JACKED at 205 lbs. Before I blew out my shoulder skiing, I was at ~ 1050 lbs bench/dead/squat.

I told all my law classmates that the transformation was 12 x 12 squats @ 75% max. A few got hurt trying this.
