Supplements:

Multivitamin (free from work)

Calcium (free from work)

Jack3d (~$29/mo)

Food:

Eating two cans of tuna instead of eating out: -$15 x (# of days I do this)

Not getting pop and candy bars from the Fighting Hole: -$5 x (# of days I do this)

etc.

I probably spend $5-7 on food per day. Chow hall is about $11 per day.

No, D-AA: D-Aspartic Acid. Decent natural T booster but not really tested so well yet. Boosted my free T by about 40% as compared to my baseline though. It costs me $30 because unlike most of my other shit I get it as part of a mixed product instead of just raw powder.

No DMAA for me anymore. Seems like when I take Adderall and DMAA, DMAA has some really fucked up effects on my blood pressure.

You have something that boosts your testosterone levels 40%!?

Are you a raging animal now, or were you simply a lethargic blob before? That is a TON of extra T.

Is the brand that makes this stuff legitimate?

My total T off D-AA is below mean but still within normal range (around 500), and on D-AA it's around mean (700ish). Free T is around 2.4% of total on or off.

Because I'm still within normal range even at 500, I can't get a referral to a TRT clinic, so it's either natural or illegal. TRT clinics are hesitant to touch people under 30 anyway. With DEA's recent crackdowns, I'm not going illegal.

D-AA is likely legitimate and not expensive but it hasn't been heavily studied (AFAIK, only one human study, and a lot of animal studies) so no one really knows what the potential side effects are like. Extrapolating from animal studies, there's some evidence of potential increased estradiol synthesis (estrogen production) but my labs have been perfect for the past 4 months that I've cycled it.
