Am totally fucked on NY essays. There is no way I will be able to memorize all this shit in less than a month. I'll know the basic rules and structure of each subject but the 30 exceptions and all the 5-factor tests will elude me.
How fucked? What MBE score to pass?

i've spent the last 2 days on NY, reading the CMR for agency, commercial paper, equity, conflicts. there is no way i will be able to memorize more than the bare outline of each subject.
to give you an example, just now i couldn't even remember all four of the subjects i studied over the past 2 days.

I think at this point I'll focus on the "important" NY subjects and then half ass the unimportant ones (jurisdiction, conflicts).
What are the most important NY subjects? I'd pull out that barbri list, but not sure where it is.
