I am doing fine on this because (1) I took another state exam already in February 2012 and (2) I anticipate the answer.
is that good or bad or ?
I really hope I perform like this on the actual exam.

yeah well I think it's because I've done another bar exam before that I've become familiar with how they ask questions, etc. I just wish the actual MBE was like this..
