Impossible, using most definitions of "lib"

They are all fucking douche hacks who go with their policy preferences.

so does Soto, but I don't really consider those cases as natural political dividing lines. thats like pointing to free speech jurisprudence. is there really a coherent party position?

i'm a former breyer clerk, and i'll be the first to admit the liberal wing are unprincipled politcal hacks especially compared to the conservatives on the court.

I like how all of the professors commenting on ACA pretend that Roberts crossing the aisle is the thing that has really shown that the SCOTUS bench is not merely partisan. Yeah, okay. Four justices being predictably in the tank for the liberal vote on every single liberal/conservative divide every single time without exception: not politically partisan, so long as a conservative vote crosses over to them.

What about the fact that he was motivated to switch his vote on the issue by a White House lobbying campaign?

when you elect libtard presidents, you get libtard judges who don't follow "the law" but are rubber stamps for their agenda
