it takes over an hr to drive but that trail is really nice. yesterday i first went for that 5mile run up a 5% incline. and then rode my bike up the same road. i did not get my PR on the bike. and now my ass is sore because of the uphill running. so dont know if i should just go there and ride my bike at 6am? it's going to be too hot next few days. but it seems really far. maybe i should just go for a run around here or my legs will be too sore for a run?

just did it in 29:08. i have such a long way to go to 24:00... thats 3.3 kmh faster or 2mph faster. to do that i would need to pedal at a higher gear.. to do that i would probably need to do a lot of intervals because right now i probably couldnt even last 2mins at a higher gear.
