Edit: I know you have complained about it, but bad enough to quit? Why not check out for a few months, get the severance package. Take the lady to a nice little trip for a few weeks, come back recharged, and start looking at doing contract work.

i get harassed every day with new work demands, new briefs to draft, partner wants to always jump midstream into brief i've barely started writing, there is no let up

they all kept quitting, the office has had severe attrition, which is probably why I got the job in the first place. im the only senior associate. there are a few juniors, but no midlevels.
