memo was to partner right? howd you handle bjr (was it even an issue? i just dismissed it in my first section because i didnt think it was applicable like it said in smith). i just did each event partner asked about and analogized/distinguished from the case. threw in some shit about conflicted transactions and new shit they have to show under ag's new rule.
