Summary: He was a spree/serial killer who was imprisoned in the late 60s after murdering a bunch of nurses, ~26 at the time. By 1988 he had been pumped full of hormones, was wearing panties and was a supreme prison bitch. There's a nasty video of it. Based on interviews with other prisoners from the time they didn't think it was exactly a voluntary arrangement and he was probably forced to take the hormones and adopt the bitch lifestyle.
