I have a core group of maybe 5 friends that I can say anything to, but when I have to socialize at firm events outside of this core group, for the most part I want to blow my brains out.
Have you had similar experiencies? Am I aspie or is everyone else aspie as shit. All we do at firm events is talk about work. WORK. WORK WORK WORK. |

You start with the glory of the law and you end up anxious over comments and unsure of what humans do outside of the office.
Here's some advice: Presume they want to discuss the same things you do. Discuss those things with them interestedly. One small step for a lawyer, one giant step for a big firm. |
