You need to fucking eat when you're on Adderall. Just get several six-packs of Ensure (or Ensure Plus) and drink them whenever you don't feel like eating. Drink four or five a day if you have to. They're really easy to drink when you're on Adderall, and I know that Ensure Plus (not sure about regular Ensure) is 350 calories per bottle, so it's like a meal.
